We specialize in merchandise that includes antiques, vintage items, collectibles, previously owned goods, rare items, handmade items, and other unique or one-of-a-kind merchandise.

Because of the nature and age of these products, items may show signs of wear, patina, discoloration, scratches, repairs, restoration, variations, imperfections, manufacturing characteristics, or other evidence of age and prior use. Such characteristics are part of the nature of antique and vintage merchandise and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products and to identify notable condition issues that we observe. However, photographs may not capture every characteristic or imperfection of an item.

Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, your device or display settings. Measurements and dimensions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible but may be approximate.

You are responsible for reviewing all available photographs, descriptions, measurements, condition information, and other product details before purchasing. We encourage you to contact us with questions before placing an order.

3. As-Is and Final Sale Merchandise

Unless expressly stated otherwise, merchandise is offered and sold as-is and final sale due to the antique, vintage, collectible, previously owned, rare, or unique nature of our inventory.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations or provide refunds or store credit for change of mind, buyer's remorse, sizing, color variation, age-related wear, or characteristics disclosed or reasonably visible in the product listing.

Our Shop Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and provides additional information regarding final sales and circumstances involving damaged or incorrect items.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

4. Product Availability and One-of-a-Kind Items

Many products may be unique or available in quantities of only one. Product availability is therefore not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
