All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique nature of our antiques, vintage items, collectibles, and one-of-a-kind merchandise, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not provide refunds or store credit for change of mind, buyer's remorse, sizing, color variation, age-related wear, or other characteristics disclosed or reasonably visible in the product listing.

Antiques, Vintage Items, and Collectibles

Our merchandise is likely antique, vintage, previously owned, handmade, rare, or otherwise unique. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all items are sold as-is and final sale.

Because of their age and history, items may show signs of wear, patina, discoloration, scratches, repairs, variations, imperfections, or other characteristics consistent with age and prior use. These characteristics are part of the nature and character of antique and vintage merchandise and are not considered defects. 

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item, including notable condition issues that we identify. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, and the display settings of your device.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, condition information, and photographs before completing your purchase. If you have questions about an item, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@cultivatingeverydayjoy.com. In order for any shipping insurance claims to be processed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and the shipping packaging.

We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by us due to an order issue described above, all merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable.
